Types of Rebates and How to Claim

- Mail-in Rebate: Submitted via mail service to the manufacturer after the purchase. The manufacturer is responsible for reimbursing you directly.

Before navigating away to the manufacturer portals to upload your documentation, ensure you have gathered these critical components:
- Retain your original retail hardware box packaging.
- Locate the unique device serial number sticker usually affixed on the unit.
- Verify whether the brand requires a digital picture of the physical UPC barcode.
Missing an Invoice?
Most manufacturer rebate submissions require an itemized receipt or official invoice document showing the exact date of sale.
If you made your purchase online while logged-in, you can quickly log into your account platform to redownload and print copies of your transaction layout records.

The Icom end user rebate submission process changed January 1st 2021. End users no longer mail anything in for processing. Instead customers submit all rebates online via phone, tablet, or PC. Icom still requires a valid sales receipt from an authorized Icom dealer and the UPC.
